Sarah White is the Director and Lead Psychologist at the New England Center for Attention and Learning. She has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri and a Master's Degree in Educator Practices (Concentration in Mathematics) from Southern New Hampshire University. Sarah is a licensed mental health professional in several states including Vermont, Washington, Nebraska and MIssouri. Sarah is a licensed psychologist - master in the state of Vermont.
Sarah has been providing psychological and mental health evaluations since 2016. Her primary responsibilities include providing diagnosis of complex issues such as Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorders, helping identify a student's unique learning profile, and assisting instructional teams in how to best support a student's learning needs. Sarah is known for her high quality reporting, strong data collection and ability to connect with all students.
When she's not providing evaluation services, Sarah is hiking or skiing with her family. She is the proud mom to 13 children ages 3 years old to 25 years old.

The first step is to reach out and schedule a free, 15 minute consultation. During this consultation we will discuss what your concerns are and what questions an evaluation can answer. Then, we will discuss next steps such as payment and scheduling. We can be reached by using the "Contact Us" tab. Consultations are generally not available in the summer due to staffing.
After an initial conversation to discuss how we can be helpful, we work to efficiently schedule your child's evaluation. Due to the high demand for evaluations, appointments may be scheduled several months out. If you are working with your local school district for an evaluation, please work directly with your team for scheduling. Evaluations are generally not conducted during the summer months.
No. We do not accept insurance for any of our services. However, we can provide you with a super bill, which you can provide to your insurance company and attempt to be reimbursed for evaluation services. It is important to note that we cannot guarantee that your insurance will pay for any of the services provided.
All fees are expected to be paid in full prior to any scheduled appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and checks as payment for evaluations.
